Terms of Service
These terms govern the engagements between Bridgeway Systems and its clients. They apply alongside the commercial proposal signed for each mission.
1. Scope
Bridgeway Systems provides services in AI engineering, IT, and cybersecurity. The scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal or statement of work.
2. Deliverables and IP
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all deliverables produced for the client become the client's property upon full payment. Pre-existing tooling, libraries and know-how remain the property of Bridgeway Systems.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties commit to protecting confidential information shared during the engagement and will not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
4. Liability
Bridgeway Systems' total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement during the twelve months preceding the claim.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the registered office.
